New York magazine features a lengthy profile of transgender transhumanist Martine Rothblatt:
The Trans-Everything CEO

Steve Sailer claims he crossed paths with "Martin" Rothblatt in UCLA's MBA program in the early 1980's:
More Than I Care to Know About Martine Luther Queen, Highest Paid "Female" CEO
BTW, Sailer in a comment compares transhumanism to Scientology. I have my own issues with transhumanism along the lines of: "You guys still haven't figured out how to do it right!"
Why do you think that Sailer post is worthy of attention? It doesn't add much useful information or analysis, it's almost relentlessly unpleasant (consistently referring to Rothblatt with a pronoun she has disavowed and mocking her gender identification), and many of the comments are simply heinous ("Martine’s “wife” is black, which means that he was too socially awkward to find an attractive woman."). Also, the comparison of transhumanism and Scientology is pretty silly.
If it's worth saying, but not worth its own post (even in Discussion), then it goes here.
