Countries of interest so far are: Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdoms

Which languages do you speak? While it is possible to function comfortably speaking only American in the UK, Luxembourg and much of Switzerland, France is a no-go.

English. Part of my build up to a potential move (should I decide on another country) is to learn a second language. Probably French if I'm planning to move to the continent.
