The San Francisco Bay Area is okay at environmental policy, but it's astonishingly bad at infrastructure. People move here for jobs and human capital, not because it's a well-managed urban area; it really, really isn't.
Hmm, that I was not aware of. I'll have to look closer at their infrastructure and see how bad they are and how that changes my opinion. Thanks for the info.
