Why do you think GRE is in any way corrolated with innate IQ?

Because:

The correlations were .63 between Full Scale IQ and Verbal GRE, .71 with Quantitative GRE, and .52 with Analytical GRE.

Innate IQ. The "Full Scale IQ" test has exactly the same problems, albeit without the incentive issue.
