D3+k2, CoQ10, Magnesium citrate, Iodine, probiotics.
D3+k2 because the usual reasons, CoQ10 for the blood pressure effects. Magnesium citrate because it helps me sleep and avoid bruxis. Iodine because of the metamed paper results, probiotics to see if they help with skin condition.
Which ones? As you say you take it for a skin condition, do you take it orally or apply it directly to the skin?
Orally. I currently take primal defense ultra and AOR probiotic-3 (only US brand I could find with clostridium butyricum)
