What do you call a lump of iron arranged in to an artfully-twisted shape? I think we could reasonably call it a paperclip.

Only if it can hold paper together.

Also, there probably are much more artful ways of shaping iron. Or you can make black holes out of it and use the extra negentropy to make even more artful stuff with non-iron materials.
