Oliver Habryka did gave a lightning talk at an earlier 29C3 about UFAI risk.

Thanks for the link (I found Olivers presentation at 1:50,00 in the video).

For full talks there a call to papers and usually more people applying to give talks then slots are available.

I'm aware of that. But I think there will be lots of smaller opportunities to talk about the subject. And it would be helpful to have some material handy on my phone/laptop.
