Confirmation of the statement that actuaries earn six figures with no formal education necessary and with a good job market:

  • This seems to confirm that you technically don't need more than the exams, although a degree of some sort is a definite help.
  • Another page from the same site confirms the six figures (at least for experienced fellows).
  • This pdf interview seems to more or less confirm the job market claim.

I'm curious if anybody here has actually done this sort of thing?
