Most of all I wanted to encourage other people (heros, dragons, sidekicks etc...) to post here, or create a different forum where this could be posted.

I think in most cases a local search strategy is more effective than using a global forum like LW. There are a lot of benefits that come from being in the same city as the person with whom one works.
