Show up on a list. Post your manifesto. Receive a poor response. Pull all sorts of nonsense out of your ass about the intellectual and moral defects of the list, setting up your departure as a rejection of the list for their moral and intellectual inferiority. How else could they have failed to swoon over your manifesto?
