I'd like to think faster, have perfect memory or even access to information from the web in a way that feels like recall.

That's the Borg. If remembers feels the same as information that other people put on the internet it changes a lot.

Ah, the idea is that I can recall the information that way but that I'm aware of the source. Not that it feels genuinely like my own memory. But without that distinctions yes Bork fits it.
