I just hit a English-Lojban dictionary and put words in English order without any attempt at using Lojban grammar. Figured it would come out about right.

cirlabaknirectu doesn't seem to be a word in the dictionary and your post is the only hit for it.

It seems to be a combination of the words meaning cheese-cow-meat but with their full content rather than ratfi.

Your sentence seems to translate into something like: I am able to be a property when cheese-cow-meat.
