A well-written overview of current knowledge about human learning and memory. Of special interest: * the use of reinforcement as a teacher, parent, pet-owner or for self-improvement * for me personally: strategy to combat insomnia (results pending) * implications of memory research for study strategies

Just finished reading Happiness: A Very Short Introduction by Daniel M. Haybron. It was an excellent read, and well worth my time.
