I have a Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Facebook and Facebook Messenger apps on my mobile (iphone).

Can I streamline (reduce the number of) my apps without losing functioning?

This sounds like an XY problem - what are you trying to achieve by reducing the number of apps?

XY? What does that refer to? Female chromosomes?

Trying to reduce decision fatigue and streamline my time management. Spending lots of time looking at apps lately.

The XY problem is asking about your attempted solution rather than your actual problem.

It's a terrible name, but we seem to be stuck with it.

You can probably do most of what the Facebook app lets you do in safari. You can add a Google calendar to the stock ios calendar app.

You might be able to text whoever you message with messenger, or just use the website.

Gmail can likewise be set up with the stock mail app.

The only app you really need is google drive.

In my tablet, I use all those (including the Facebook ones) through Google Chrome. I don't miss the apps at all.
