Research reviews are enjoyable in that they inform you in broad strokes about the current state of a field and give clues as to what future research might be highly impactful. Going through many of these while being scope sensitive would be an excellent project and the results could help lots of people. 80k hours might be interested in a guest blog post if the results were written up well.
