At some point, when there is a clear vision of what is going to be built I'd suggest a crowd funding campaign in order to raise funds for development.
Now that the MIRI and CFAR fundraisers are over, that's a possibility. I don't know exactly what the funding needs will look like yet, and if they're small enough I can cover them.
It would be good to know how valuable LW is to users, though, and any unspent funds could be passed on to CFAR, MIRI, and FHI.
