Before reading the responses, I thought this comment meant "how are you preserving information about yourself so that an upload copy of you could eventually be constructed".

I use mega.nz to backup files on my computer. I use the service because it has client-side-encryption and provides 50GB of free storage.

I use Evernote for all information like notes or articles I read that I want to remember.

Anki has it's webserver where automatic updates happen. Gmail also automatically has the data in the cloud.

I just keep anything I couldn't re-download or re-generate on a couple days' notice in my Dropbox folder.
