If you're suggesting using this as a basis for knowledge etc. then it seems that Bayes already has it covered.

If your suggesting this as a general method for epistemology in a non-foundational sense, then it seems like everyone already knows this. "Science holds its own ideas up to rigorous scrutiny and testing etc." It's a wishy-washy suggestion with no technical support. Contrast with Technical Explanation... .
