Does that mean they're all moral realists? Otherwise it's like being split on the "true" human skin color.

There's a separate question for Moral Realism vs. Moral Anti-Realism. It's an often accepted position among philosophers that one can hold Normative Ethical positions totally removed from their Meta-Ethics, which may account for some of the confusion.
