One can try to use online IQ tests, though they haven't been normed rigorously. The GIQ Test is perhaps the best I've found.
You can also use SAT scores as a proxy to IQ scores to some extent (as I indicate in the article).
Finally, on the point of working memory in particular, you can test your digit span and compare it with a table of percentiles.
