shaih and I discussed this in the responses to my comment here and he updated away from this conclusion. (It is very easy to simply state conclusions without backing them up with reasons. I think you meant to say that it is not particularly persuasive.)

Yes that is what I was implying and you seem to have been successful in deriving that so I don't really see the point in suggesting that I should have explained it differently.
