It's a source of fairly well-ordered information on certain topics. It's intellectually honest. If your complaint is that it is not a complete or definitive source of information.. then I think the problem is with how you source your information, not RationalWiki.
Just because you can use the information on RationalWiki to fight stupid web forum wars, doesn't mean you can't also use it for more productive purposes.
