Manuel will talk about Universal Artificial Intelligence, which is the theory of perfectly rational agents. It claims to once-and-for-all define what rationality, intelligence, success, understanding etc. really are. Enough flamebait for a lively discussion There will be some maths presented for those who care about such things, but the math is not necessary to understand the theory.

We will be meeting at Kavarna Mačkon. At least two organizers from the Vienna meetups are joining, and as such the meetup will be conducted in english.
