" Nearly everyone on this site is an atheist," Frankly I find this comment disturbing. Atheism, just like religious belief, is based on nothing more then faith. A truly objective person can only be agnostic. Just because much/most of the Bible (especially the Old Testament) has proven to be little more than myth DOES NOT prove the non-existence of a "god" or "gods" i.e. "superior " beings that created our little old universe. In fact if the universe is infinite (and all things can be and are possible) then the existence of a "god", somewhere, is a given.....:-)
People like R. Dawkins often do much more harm than good to rational argument. MTBW However, having just found the site I will continue to read and reserve judgement......
