Why don't you plan to leverage the multitude of quality psychological tests?
The first two and most obvious are a personality and an IQ test. For personality, psychologists usually use the big five factor test, which can be found online with a well-calibrated question set e.g. here: http://www.personalitytest.net/ipip/ipipneo1.htm
