Could I get step by step instructions on how to more active in real-land instead of head-land?
No. Step-by-step instructions reside in head-land. (Maybe you know this and were just joking?)
On reflection, that was glib. True, but glib, and not the entire truth.
In fact, I have learned techniques from certain personal development courses, specifically aimed at discovering and uprooting all the damaging head-stuff (by which I mean the subset that is damaging, not a claim that it's all damaging). But (a) it's just ordinary personal development stuff that I only have my personal experience with to tell, and (b) I can't communicate it anyway just by writing however many words.
I second this request.
You should check out the welcome thread and post an intro or something.
Try more stuff in real-land.
