Everyone seems to think they value truth more than other people. This may be a rationalization for the evolutionarily useful behavior of not blabbing too much.
Very ambiguous - Do you mean (1) that everyone values truth more than they value other people, or (2) that everyone believes they value truth more than other people value it? Or do you believe both are true? Or even another possibility that I missed?
I meant (2). Didn't notice the ambiguity when I wrote the comment, sorry.
