My main domain of expertise is quantum information theory, encompassing quantum physics, but focusing on what types of information processing this makes both possible, and efficient, for various values of efficient.

I'm also well-schooled in a variety of math, and have experience in programming, Unix systems administration, and asynchronous hardware design.

EDIT: My credentials: I have undergraduate degree in physics from Caltech, and I'm currently working on my PhD thesis (ABD) at UNM.
