Erm, I can tell you less about physics than the creationist museum about evolution but I don't think it applies to open systems.

I don't understand the argument in that post, even now re-reading it over a year later. Do you? If not, why are you citing it?

The post shows that even intellectual high-fliers like EY and Hanson can err on this topic (if it is to be believed that they were wrong). In other words, I wouldn't recommend asking questions made up of terms that are themselves poorly understood even by the best minds within this community.
