But a 1.5 TB hard drive costs about $100, and can store almost 8 months of 600 kbit video (that's roughly youtube quality). Turn it off while you sleep and it would last a year.

Oh, good point (of course, backup would be an issue, although I haven't had an unexpected HD failure..yet..)

Hm - has anyone thought about the concerns other people would have about lifelogging? Some people are definitely going to be concerned about those cameras attached to your head.
