Check out the book called "The 4-Hour Body" by Tim Ferris

Yeah, I listened to the patronizingly-abridged 4-hour audiobook and it's good.

I got two main things out of it:

  1. I should try to be like Tim Ferriss and get disproportionate results for small time investments.

  2. Hitting a muscle group with just one set of 10 slow reps (5 seconds up, 5 seconds down) is great! It's over really fast.
