London meetup, Sunday 1 May, 2pm, near Holborn
The London LessWrong meetup takes place on the first Sunday of every other month. We're getting good at these now! The next one is 2011-05-01 14:00, at the Shakespeares Head (official page) on Kingsway near Holborn Tube station. Note that there's more than one pub in London with that name, so make sure you get the right one. As always, we'll have a big picture of a paperclip on the table so you can find us; I look like this. Hope to see lots of you there!

I'll be in Scotland :(
I'll probably turn up late - my cousin is over from Sydney. His flight leaves at 4, though, so I can be in late afternoon.
As it happens, that's the day of my fortieth birthday :-) I'm having a joint party with my partner Jess who is celebrating her 30th this year on Saturday 18 June at a central London venue - if you'd like to come along contact me for details!
By the way, I still have a few paperclip badges. If you didn't show up in March, show up in May!
Topic list? Round the table in turns? Shall we aim to have a round table (that worked quite nicely in March) or small groups at a larger table?
