I think you have entirely missed the point. BBB is happy to sabotage his enemies by lying to them, but Eliezer isn't. You only tell half the story of Eliezer's quote: sure, he doesn't want you to lie to your friends, but it is just as much a consequence of his argument that if your enemies think you'd lie to them for your own good, they may disbelieve you when you need their trust the most, so don't lie to you enemies.

EDIT: After reading his comments, it seems Eliezer himself does not realize that this is a consequence of his arguments. It's so frustrating when people do not realize how insightful they are being.
