My video games have had AI for decades. Awful AI, but not really any more awful than a quantum computer that successfully factors the number 15.

So, DanielILC has pointed out that there are already quantum computers. A charitable interpretation of your statement might be that there will be AI long before there are general quantum computers powerful enough to do practical computations. Is this what you meant? If so, can you explain what leads to this conclusion?
