"Primer" feels wrong. "A short introduction" would be more inviting, though there might be copyright issues with that. "AI-risk" is probably too much of an insider term.

Something like "Risks from Artificial Intelligence" or "Risks from Advanced Artificial Intelligence" might help with this.
