Ah. My response to you was in error. You approve.

The issue isn't that he's marketing rationality. The issue is that what he's doing has nothing to do with rationality, it's pseudo-rationalist babble. He markets rationality in the same way that homeopathy markets healthcare. His marketing doesn't add an easily-corrected flawed version of rationality, it is a ritual designed to exorcise the demons of bias and human suffering and he literally promises to help you find a purpose in life through science. Which is to say, what he's doing isn't marketing, it's religion.

Some people could say the same thing about CFAR. So, let's focus on specific details how these two are different.

Please avoid abusive/trollish claims, as you have previously explicitly acknowledged your intentions to be. Instead, I would suggest you clarify how a science-based book written by a scholar of meaning and purpose, which I happen to be, and endorsed by numerous prominent people, is not helpful for people finding a personal sense of purpose in life as informed by science-backed methods of doing so. Thanks!
