I might be fighting the hypothetical a bit here, but... if Kasparov knows he's playing RKK, then it seems to me - Mr. Wins-One-Game-Out-Of-Five - that that would make RKK predictable to Kasparov, which would give him an advantage.
Even if he doesn't, it seems like this is rather similar to RYK v. Yudkowsky, and RKK's occasional slip-ups would lead to general loss against Kasparov.
