This post was rejected for the following reason(s):

  • Difficult to evaluate, with potential yellow flags. We are sorry about this, but, unfortunately this content has some yellow-flags that historically have usually indicated kinda crackpot-esque material. It's totally plausible that actually this one is totally fine. Unfortunately, part of the trouble with separating valuable from confused speculative science or philosophy is that the ideas are quite complicated, accurately identifying whether they have flaws is very time intensive, and we don't have time to do that for every new user presenting a speculative theory or framing (which are usually wrong).

Our solution for now is that we're rejecting this post, but you are welcome to submit posts or comments that are about different topics. If it seems like that goes well, we can re-evaluate the original post. But, we want to see that you're not just here to talk about this one thing (or a cluster of similar things).

Democracy 2.0 - Dilon Concept Platform

Modern information technologies enable the creation of a comprehensive database to manage all state resources based on the following key principles:

  1. Real-time, 24/7 tracking of all available resources.
  2. Automatic distribution of resources based on the population.
  3. Real-time, 24/7 monitoring of resources available to each citizen.
  4. Embezzlement prevention mechanisms limit resource use to a percentage equal to a citizen’s age (e.g., a 25-year-old can access 25% of resources, while a 100-year-old can access 100%).
  5. Automatic deduction of a certain percentage from parents’ resources upon childbirth.
  6. Additional functions for regulating, forecasting, and analyzing available resources.

And Governing principles:

  1. Abolish the right to inheritance between citizens. Significant resources become society’s property after a person’s death.
  2. Abolish loan interest. The money supply should be tightly linked to available resources, and activities producing money from money should be illegal.
  3. Develop the federal system of laws as an open-source program. Only Captain Dilon can modify this code through direct electronic voting.
  4. Captain Dilon is responsible for voting on the content of the system’s central control code. They have proven their ability to provide for themselves autonomously while completing the construction of their house at Dillon School. This qualification demonstrates their practical ability to convert resources into wealth.
  5. All citizens have a sacred right to their share of resources. However, only Captain Dilon can vote. Other citizens can vote for Captain Dilon by transferring their share of resources to Dilon’s management. In such cases, Dilon’s vote counts as 1 plus the number of citizens who have entrusted their resources to them.
  6. People are proposed to live in small communities of 300-500 individuals, where all members unanimously agree with the rules, referred to as Democracy 2.0. Citizens will have the right to choose the management company for their share of resources and the community in which they want to live.
