By the way, was the 2009 theft resolved successfully, preferably in a "money back in SI" way?

Luke mentioned this in his long list of recent improvements made by SI:

Note that we have won stipulated judgments to get much of this back, and have upcoming court dates to argue for stipulated judgments to get the rest back.
