3. Open Threads should be posted in Discussion, and not Main.
4. Open Threads should start on Monday, and end on Sunday.

If you just want a basic "display information" website, go with wordpress.
If you're looking to do a full web-app, I'd recommend either Drupal, or Wordpess with the Toolset plugins.
