Imperialism and a defence of inequality in capitalist republics
Who was is that first articulated the argument that: Since money flows to those can anticipate and predict the need of others, those who get power are those who can do that and therefore if those people are caring then they are the best capable of looking after the rest
And, what strong critiques are available
