Has anyone heard of Amazon using drones for actual deliveries? Or are they still just in testing?

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/drone-delivery-is-already-here-and-it-works-2015-11-30 suggests that a main problem holding back drone deliveries is governmental regulation.

Amazon mentions regulation, but it also says that there is a lot of testing ahead.

I've heard a rumor Amazon isn't really taking the "Amazon Prime Air" concept very seriously and is just doing it to try to spur delivery companies into improving service.
