Not enough data to make a good guess, but sociopathy would be among my top hypotheses.
Sociopathy is basically absence of empathy. I'm not sure that mass downvoting (that is, manipulation of pretty meaningless numbers in a database about a web forum) qualifies as evidence pro.
If it's worth saying, but not worth its own post, then it goes here.
