How can we hack the problem that Robert Wiblin and Louie Helm complain of above? Would it be worth posting an Unglamourous Achievements thread, where we upvote the contributions to making a difference that are the least shiny and most workmanlike - so "I took some stuff to the photocopy shop for CFAR" gets lots of votes but "I wrote a blog post about X" gets fewer?
