He is only 11. Sort of makes sense to me how he has learnt all these tools to out think himself from every situation ahead of time, before he learnt how his word/action affect others, especially having in mind how he grew up alone 

Same here. And after much introspection id say its a combo of great empathy and delusions of grandeur
