Do you reckon it is 1000 bits enough? At least 1000000 is required? More than 10^20 bits?

If what you really want is a program that can run on a real supercomputer and reach super-human intelligence in less than a month, that's not just measuring its complexity. But I'd guess it could fit on a floppy disk.
