Eliezer only claimed that he wouldn't use violence on others for their beliefs. He didn't say that he would never use violence on them for their actions or their failures to act, such as their failure to sign their children up for cryonics.
I think you'll need a bit more evidence to advance this prediction from the "great window-dressing for a science fiction story" level to the "plausible futurism" level.
