Superb review. Here's a question and a thought. Chapter 3 claims that open borders would mean bus drivers get paid less due to competition from cheaper workers. And whilst this may lead to lower wages this misses a significant couple of points. Cheaper workers often do not stay in a country as they return home once they've earned enough. Similarly, those that stay might be cheaper, but they also remain relatively poor and excludes from society as they work for less but the society they live in is relatively more expensive especially since rather than goin...
