The idea of "topic is not the content" is not new to me, but described simply and beautifully here, thank you.
Unfortunately, the content of a particular job in job postings and on the internet in general is often described too abstractly. And I really don't know of any good sources where this could be learned.
Focusing on the job topic here seems like the easier and more familiar way, though not the best way, of course.
