I think I'd prefer that discussions of 'toxic' topics happen off-site. If it's all mixed-in with the rest of the comments/discussions it might be too hard to resist reading them. Temptation and curiosity would be too strong when you face threads/comments with a label "Warning. Dangerous ideas ahead. Read at your own risk."
